1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and clear pictures of the issue.

Personal care / hygiene products
Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)

Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refund via bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa
For online payments → Refund to original payment method
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
